HT Link Speed seems a bit low at 1750 but you should probably Prime it and see what happens. Watch temps for sure. Have you been running Prime as you got up to that speed?

i need to know what this error means first, so far 3920 @ 1.38 volts is stable, i managed to get 4ghz but i sometimes return back errors not blue screens, is there a way to tell if its the voltage that needs to be changed or something else, becaude i have only been upping voltage if i get BSOD, how will i know if its not the voltage that needs to be changed and is actually something else holding me back e.g northbridge or ram speed.

In prime95 if it fails small fft, then it's usually CPU vcore. If it fails blend test, then it's probably unstable memory (unstable timings or improper voltage), unstable NB frequency, or not enough CPU-NB voltage (the voltage of the processor's memory controller). CPU-NB voltage can be increased to either stabilize higher NB frequency or to stabilize higher RAM clocks with tighter timings.
