The stuff that comes on the H50 is ShinEtsu. And also AS5 is junk compared to other stuff like MX2...

Get some MX-2 or MX-3 bud. AS5 is old obsolete unless you want a spare just incase you run out fo the good stuff.

What are your current temps (load I don't care about idle as they mean nothing)

No need. The stock paste is shin etsu which is just as good if not better than arctic silver.

Like others said stock paste is good, only thing Ive heard is sometimes there is too much pre applied. Never owned one, not sure.
The thermal paste on the H50 is per applied very well and is said to be a very quality one (forgot the name). I suggest you go with the stock and save yourself some trouble. Besides, AS5 takes a while to cure.

EDIT: Ninja'd by 4 people, MUST type faster!

also should i reverse the fans on the h50 so they suck air in from the rear of the case? i have a 200mm exhaust fan on the top of the case to remove hot air, that way the radiator would be gettin cold air from outside the case??

That article is from 2009. AS5 isn't junk, but there are many thermal compounds out there that are better than it. It is nowhere close to top dog anymore.
