Question about bottleneck in my system

Thread Starter
Hey there peeps. I've been out of the PC gaming scene for quite some time (Get sucked into consoles), and just came back. Nothing quite like the feeling of building your own rig

Anywho, quick question about my system. Last year I built a budget gaming computer, and this year for my upgrade, I've decided to make it a little less budget and give it some horsepower. Added a Antec 750W TP New, Phantom Case (go go cooling), better CPU HSF, and a Radeon 6950 (Shader unlocked, clocked at 6970 speeds), up from some generic Case/PSU, stock HSF, and a Radeon 5770.

Well, I didn't wanna splash for a new processor, so after much trial and error, I have my processor unlocked to a Quad Core at 3.4 Ghz Stable (Up from a 720BE). Along with this processor, I'm running 4 Gigs of PQI RAM, and I'm wondering is this Processor and RAM is bottlenecking my system.

Full specs are below, of course, and sorry for how this is formatted. I have a weird habit of jumping around when I type...

Criticisms and Concerns, feedback, whatnot, are greatly appreciated.

Your CPU will bottleneck your GPU but in almost every game, the bottleneck shouldn't be noticeable, especially at that resolution.
