FRAPS - main cause of fragmentation?

Hello

How many of you records movies and uses fraps software for it?Can it be the cause of disc fragmentation?Is it harmful for the PC components?

Say more what you think about recording software and if you like suggest a better one .

I don't use FRAPS. Yes, it's possible to cause disk fragmentation if you record lots of videos and delete them and move them around as they are very large video files. No it's not harmful to PC components.
