Noob question about heat and voltage

I'm confused about the relationship between heat, voltage, frequency and processor longevity.

Does higher voltage and frequency degrade a cpu faster regardless of temperature? For example if you have an excellent cooler that keeps the cpu at temperatures comparable to a stock cooler at stock speed with a 50% overclock will there still be an impact on longevity due to the higher voltage and frequency?

When you remove the stock heat sink and have done the research for a good one. It will increase the potential that the chip already had, it enables you to have substatially lower temperatures which both ensure longevity of life on your device and lower temperatures mean higher speeds. Also if you put a heat sink on there.... you can lower your already overvolted stock processor and lower the heat and raise the longevity again. so teh combination of heatsink and lower voltage will enable you to have a higher than stock overclock lower temperatures and longer life.

Yeah that I understand.

My question is does voltage/frequency effect longevity independent of temperature.

So if two identical processors run at the same exact temperature would the higher voltage higher frequency one experience a shorter life span.

I'm planning upgrade my cooler anyway I was just curious.
