Hopefully in ten years we will have found a different way to get into space. It's really cool but burning fossil fuel to get into space is primitive.

Ignoring the part about fossil fuels, and ignoring that you think its primitive, I would like to address the first part of your post.

Considering the shuttle goes around the earth many hundreds (I think that's about right) of times with that fuel, it might actually get really awesome gas mileage lol.

Lol. What head do you think is on the Type-R? I'll save you the googling. It's a b16 head with upgraded valvetrain, higher lift cams, and a port and polish. Basically what you said is the B18C5 is only good if it is worse. So much Honda hate everywhere I go. I can't really blame anyone though, I dislike the majority of Honda owners myself. The cars however, 01 and earlier, are fantastically engineered automobiles.

Back to topic: cool story, bro.

It's a shame this will be the last space shuttle mission. I really have to give credit to NASA for what they've done in the past.

Hopefully in my lifetime we'll see some kind of global space administration.

When you have money to burn like Nasa does who cares right?

That's an incredible video. Hope they have a worthy replacement for the space shuttle, though I think I heard something about NASA contracting a private company to take over those operations with their own launch vehicles...not sure on that one, though.
