COOLER MASTER Storm Scout OR Fractal Design Define R3?

I wanna buy a new case and the 2 cases that really catch my eye for price is either the Fractal Design Define R3, or Cooler Master Storm Scout.
I dont really need all the leds and i dont need a window and thats why i like the Fractal Design. But i heard its not the best case for cable management with a non modular psu. I heard the Storm scout is better with cable management but it seems a bit smaller. What should i get? Should i buy a modular psu? I dont really need 2 power supplies...

The R3 has decent cable management, but really I'd go with either case and a NON-MODULAR PSU. I bought mine thinking it would be fine, but in reality 4 hours of cable management is not what I'd call fun. Spend the extra cash on a good PSU, and get whichever case you want.

The R3 is quieter than the Sniper, but for gaming looks, the Sniper wins hands down, and it has more fans.
