Thread Starter
Bluescreen 1:

Attachment 198507

Bluescreen 2:

Attachment 198508

Attachment 198509

File location of hal.dll

Attachment 198513

I've had a number of blue screens but they all freeze when saving information.

Can anyone help?

What does hal.dll & ntodkrnl.exe (From BSOD 1) do? Are they important?
