No, I tries 325 x 3. That is 975 and that is the most I can get.

Okay, I did a cross check with my old memory modules. Here is what I found:
OCZ Platinum DDR PC6400 (800MHz) memory modules: at 800MHz I get 5-5-5-15. at 750MHz I still get only 5-5-5-15. What's the problem with that? The memory modules are 4-4-4-15!!!
Kingston DDR PC8500 (1066MHz) memory modules: at 975MHz (that is the most I can get) I get 5-7-7-22. At 800MHz I get 5-5-5-18. At 750MHz I get 5-5-5-18 still... And the modules are 5-5-5-15!!!

It seems my motherboard uses memory slower that it should be, for some reason...

By the way... For gaming what is better:
2 GB at 800MHz at 5-5-5-15
or
4 GB at 800MHz at 5-5-5-18
or
4 GB at 975MHz at 5-7-7-21

Which is the fastest of these three?

do you understand what i said?

325x 3.33 = 1082 <--faster than the memory can run AKA it will not work

again like already posted above the timing needs to be set manually in the bios, read the manual.

I did. But i DID NOT TRY 325*3.33. I tried 325*3=975. Worked. Tried 330*3=990 and did not work. Tried 300*3.33=999 and did not work. Nothing works above 975MHz... And even at 900-975MHz I get 5-7-7-22 timing, instead of the promised 5-5-5-15 at 1066!!

How much slower is 5-5-5-18 than 5-5-5-15? Noticeable?

I am not sure if I am better with 2GB FAST memory than 4GB SLOW memory... So far no game required more than 2GB...

@OP, set your FSB to 200.
Then 2.66:1 divider or 1:2.66
