EK CPU water Block HELP. (UPDATE)

Thread Starter
Ok about 3 months ago I bought an EK Supreme HF CPU Block for my new build. The Sig Rig. Now all I run in the loop is Distilled water and PT Nuke. Well about a month ago I saw the loop was cloudy white and had somethings floating at the top of the Rez. Well I finally got the time to tear the loop apart and see what was going on. The EK Supreme HF CPU Block was all silver when I got it. Its this one:

Now the whole center fin area is the copper and the areas around the fins are starting to turn/flake off to the copper also. WTH.

Now here are some pics not sure if you can make out much with the crappy pics.

Now I got my loop apart and need to know what I should do at this point?

UPDATE:

Ok I got an emal from EK they want the block back to inspect. They set up a pickup from DHL and it also says that they will be shipping a all copper base to me like I had asked.

Grab some ketchup and a tooth brush and see if you can get that to come clean.

No the problem is the nickel plating that is flaking off the inside of the block. Its doing it from the middle out. The toothbrush just took some of the black away, But you can see the copper were all the nickel plating has come off. When I got the block all the inside was nice and silver even the fins.

Sounds to me like different metals are messing something up here?
I'm not sure but would two different metals from your blocks cause this? Like your GPU blocks and CPU blocks being different metals. Did you clean the rad before you used it?

Ok the GPU Blocks are in another loop and its clear. This loop only has the EK supreme HF CPU block and the EK X58 full cover NB/SB block.

This one:
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=59_971_241_589&products_id=25768

Both blocks are the Nickel plated copper.

Also the stuff that was floating in the Rez was very small pieces of nickel plating. I have already drained the loops, But I dont want to put this block back in because it just going to keep flaking off Nickel plating. I entered a ticket to EK. But from reading this board about EK they will just say its my fault.
