Question on how to make my system perform top notch. Pics

Hi,
I have started more then a few threads the last few days, and they are getting lost and I want to bring them all under on thread. I am not trolling, I have come into some money and I am starting to fix mistakes I made on my first WC build. And I am also getting to finish this build finally. So I have alot of questions that have come up. So I will post them here.

1) Will i see any improvement in my loops cooling if I get higher CFM fans then I have? I have the Yate loom 120x25mm High speed. They have 88 CFM, and at what point does the price out way the performance? I am trying to balance it.

2) My case has alot of fans, and I am wanting to make the airflow right in it, I have pics at the bottom, they should have some I ideas of what I am doing now. is this set up fine? and yes I know that the drawing suck, but it should give you a good idea of my case.

3) I have a copper CPU WB, and a nickle NB/SB WB. I am seeing that the spinner in my res is not looking white anymore, its starting to look rusty. Is this do to the mix of copper and nickle? and would it stop if I put in a nickle CPU WB?

4) I am getting ready to order GPU WB for my 580 that i should be getting as soon as I can make it through the Evga stepup Que. if i get 2 copper WB will it keep what is happening above from happening, or should I just get Nickle?

5) Is there any reason to stay away from UV reactive tubing? Is there any reason to get the black none reactive tubing? how many coils per 40" do I want on the tubing sleeves?

I will have more questions I am sure, but this are my main ones right now. I am ordering parts Monday, so I have a little time to get straighten up.

Im using copper radiators and a nickel waterblock and have no issues, the only real no is mixing copper and aluminium in the same loop. The key is really good coolant. I use Swiftech HydroX coolant mix and distilled water. Been in my loop for a year and its still fine. The only pipe ive used is clear colorless, but any
Type will do, its all surgical grade stuff so its not going to desolve or anything. Also with your case you would be better off having one out fan for every in fan. That way youll get a consistant airflow.

88cfm is fairly good for a fan and you will not get any better results with a slightly faster fan.

Ok thanks, i guess need make sure what my rad is made of, its a PA 120.3 Thermochill. I hope I didnt waste my money on it. I am also just using Distilled water, and PT Nuke for the alge. Thanks for the other answers. Edit: Ok it is Brass Tanks & Tubes, Cu Fins.

But how many coils do I want per 40" on the spring sleeves or what ever they called, that are used to keep kinks. not that I am having them. but going to use them for an effect.

Also does UV destroy the coolant like your using?

I just get more of the fans I have then for all.
