Back in the day Nvidia used the Ti moniker on high end cards. IIRC it stood for titanium (atomic symbol is Ti).

Stands for titanium I believe. I can't say whether there's actually any titanium in the cards though. More than likely just a market gimmick.

its the same thing as directcuii cooler.

lol no it stands for Titanium. Just to make it sound fancy and super powerful probably. I doubt it's actually made out of titanium unless a couple parts are which could be possible.

i was referring to their 500 series products that are currently out, but why the 560, why not the 580? or 590/5?
