It started when l installed the new software INF Update Utility - Primarily for Intel® 6, 5, 4, 3, 900 Series Chipsets March 3 2011
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/conf...Series+Chipset

My Mobo is a 5 series asus

l cant go to safe mode or anything without having the same bsod bad_pool_header

l cant boot with cd to do a clean install of window. l do put the cd of window 7 in but it still say: insert boot media device

l dont have earlier recoverys this was disabled when l got my ssd which is my primary drive

l can delete files/copy files on my hard drives

l can go to cmd

tommorow if l still dont find anything l will just go hand it to someone that can repair it for money

Bad_pool_header and the fact that you cant boot of drives ect makes me think this is a harddrive issue and your harddrive might need replacing. If you can, get Intel Matrix Storage and install it, that will tell you if you have a reader head not working.

another bsod that appear sometimes

a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

If this is the first time youve seen this stop error screen restart your computer if this screen appear again, follow these steps.

Disable or unistall any anti-virus defragmentation or backup utilities. Check your hard drive config and check for any updated drivers. Run chkdsk /f to check for hard drive corruption and then restart your computer

Make sure the optical drive is set to primary boot in the BIOS. Or unplug the SATA cable from the boot drive, boot onto the Win7 disc and connect it again.
