XSPC Rasa 750 RX360 Vs Custom setup

Thread Starter
so i wanted to ask you guys i mean if you were to compare it to a custom setup whats going to be the advantage as far as heat goes between the two.

the only thing i can think of XSPC Rasa 750 RX360 Vs any setup the only thing that can change teps on a CPU is the CPU Block itslef ? say a
heakkiller 3V vs the XSPC cpu block

1 pump cant do much moving more water wont really bring temps down

2 rad on the RX360 well its a rad so that can do much

the only thing that can make any difference is the CPU block

what are your thoughts guys

thanks

the temps should be within 1-3c as the rasa block is a pretty solid block.

RASA if you care about price.

Custom if you care about the few degrees difference and like the ability to choose your own parts.

That is the real difference between the two, the RASA kit is a steal for those who don't have the initial cash to start a custom kit.

The XSPC RASA is one of the top CPU blocks and I'm installing one tomorrow on this rig. The advantage of getting the kit is that is cheaper (Last time I checked) and everything is there in one package. The kits came out after I began getting custom build parts or I would have gone that route. I don't think you will be disappointed getting the RASA kit. Check out the thread with members who own them.

Flow rate does affect temperatures however the change is only significant at extremely low flow rates of less than ~1 GPM (some will argue at flow rates even less than that). For a CPU only loop the XSPC kit with the RX360 will get you within several degrees C of any custom loop. If you start adding GPU blocks than a more powerful pump will net benefits, and of course you will probably want more radiator surface area.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but does anyone know a good place to buy the RX360 kit in Canada?
