Just contact both ASUS and the courier. Explain the situation. I had this happen back in 2008 with my GTX 260. However, EVGA was the company, but they eventually replaced the card with no additional costs to me (other than stress).

This world is full of bad people. Some steal things.

But, looking from the perspective of Asus/FedEx, they might think that OP could be the bad guy who just lied about having received the package. So, perhaps OP should report this incident (ie a stolen package) to the local police. I imagine with such a filing, it makes the case stronger for Asus/FedEx to respond positively when they receive a copy of the police paper.

maybe someone grabbed it to keep it safe and will give it to me tomorrow... being hopeful. Monday I will file a police report after I hear from fedex about insurance or whatever from asus.

When i ordered my m11x, the UPS guy left it at my side door... no signature required.. no door bell ring no nothing. My neighborhood is decent so it was alright, but a little un-nerving to have ~$1000 worth of package left outside.

Hey OP what i'm betting is that someone found the package at their door and didn't know where to put it so they kept it (for safety). Knock on everyone's door ask if they got your package by mistake (Its a GTX570, most people (even console gamers) don't even know what the hell it is or what it does, so unless you live in an apartment full of PC gamers (god help your soul if you do) its probably perfectly safe and unopened... just alittle lost.
