2600K, Are these Safe overclocking ??

i m tryin to overclock my 2600K on P67-ud7
BIOS : F8f

voltage: Auto
and i m running at 41X - 4.1 ghz stable

Cpuz -
the problem is at idle :Vcore is 1.26V
and at LOAD : 1.200V

http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/1152/34493033.jpg

so i am not able to get 4.4 ghz or higher moment i turn on prime95 - BOSD
can u tell me where am i m screwing up

if i enable LLC to lvl1 i am able to clock to 4.5 Ghz and at load (1.32V)
and if i am enable LLC to lvl2 i am able to get to 4.7 ghz at load (1.368) : here there is no decrease in volatage at load.
also i m disabling PLL overvoltage

is enabling LLC - has any long term effect or bad. coz bios says it might me bay for chip which is scary..

Are these safe setting ??

do everyone need to enable LLC to get higher overclock ?
thanks in advance
