Very very true, water cooling can be quite a hassle and a heart-attack cause (that's for me). The Cogage Silver Arrow is a beautiful and efficient cooler, it should do the same as the current set-up you have.

Watercooling is for heavy builds, though I am a hypocrite for watercooling just a Q8200

If it's just CPU then go for a heatsink.
