I played it. I like some of their ideas... the port thing really killed my anticipation for release though.

In Crysis one, you need some serious skills to dodge bullets with "Speed" mode. At the same time moving towards the target and quickly switching to "Strength" Mode and punching them.

And yes, you do die a lot faster if you're not in "Armor" mode in Crysis One.

As for the demo, I haven't tried it. Yet a friend of mines played the leak version and wasn't happy at all.

I was really disappointed by the demo. Nothing struck me and made me feel like I was playing a fantastic game. Just left a lot to be desired imo

I still don't know what the hell people are whinning about when it comes to Crysis 2's graphics... bunch of blind ocn'ers. Game looks much better than Crysis wars, which I played quite a bit. Bet the rest of you cannot say the same.

The differences are more pronounced when you play at a higher resolution.
Detail has definitely been reduced to enable smooth running on console.

Even when playing at 1920x1080 it feels like playing at a much lower resolution.

I'm another gamer disappointed by the Crysis2 demo.

****, even COD is better than this big time fail. Graphics are... good. Just good. Nothing more than that. Crysis looks ages better than the demo.

Gameplay is, to say the least, TERRIBLE. The mouse movement reveals that it was CLEARLY designed for a console. You don't go where you point. It kind of rubberbands, starting slow, accelerating, then decelerating and stopping. Sucks.

I want FULL CONTROL of my nanosuit. Why does the autorun mode active when I press shift? What if I want to just sprint? And why is the strength mode autoenabled when I melee? What if I just want to tick a friendly to get outta way?

Aim system is terrible due to the rubberbanding issue. Add there a presence of an autoaim that when enabled and using an X360 controller, makes up the perfect headshotter-aimbot like.

Sound isn't nowhere as good as the positioning levels in original Crysis.

Lobby is... well, that. A MASSIVE CRAP. You don't even know when the game will start if the server's playing.

I am a Crysis 1 fanboy. But this one is just... utter****.

What have you done, Crytek? I hope you fix it, or I'm not gonna buy the game. I haven't canceled my preorder yet, but I can.

You're probably looking at the colors and environment.
Look closer at the textures and detail of the lines etc.

It's not as sharp as the original Crysis. PC games are always much sharper/crisp than consoles.
The lines and detail are clearly blurred, which resembles console graphics.
