It's not as sharp as the original Crysis. PC games are always much sharper/crisp than consoles.
The lines and detail are clearly blurred, which resembles console graphics.
So I won't notice it looks worse unless I stare at the lines? The colors and environment look better? So basically you are saying it looks better, but lacks some crispness... Did you play Crysis Wars? On the whole, Crysis 2 looks significantly better than Crysis wars, lines details and all. I watched my brother play it on his 1920x1200 monitor and it clearly looks better than older Crysis multiplayer. Like I really don't get this fuss at all and I am fairly convinced that most of the people are complaining spent little to no time playing Crysis. (I apologize if that's not you)

I would say the graphics compare to those of crysis and warhead, however considering the size of the maps i should not sturggle to run it in hardcore in 1980x1280, turns out crossfire is broken turn off my second gpu and it plays better ¬_¬, water textures are horrible the tiny square of a map looks good but you can't comapre a tiny map like this to the huge maps of the old cryssis, infact its amazingly badly coded, far too intensive for the graphics being produced.
You know your game is a console port when,
Bloom is overdone, textures are blurred in the slightest movement, tiny maps, console buttons are displayed in the menus, limited control of graphical settings, it plays in dx9, aim down the sights is an unchangeable hold to use (this is for the console triggers), weird acceleration/deacceleration when looking around (for the console thumbsticks), auto aim is enabled by default.
To anyone who thinks it won't be a console port, this demo was supposed to convince us they are developing this game for the PC, what we got was a badly done console port probably done by 2-3 people in a day. If there was any sort of PC development going on this would not have happenned, they've stabbed us in the back, you can pretend its an accident and ignore this blatant warning but im 99% sure the final game will be a shoddy console port with corridor like, on rails singleplayer, and a CoD MP. They might do it better than CoD did, a turd is a turd just because their's smells nicer doesnt change the fact they developed for the console and ported it over, whilst promising significant PC development.

You can't tell the difference? Like I said, just looking at the environment it looks better but if you look closer, there isn't near the amount of detail. There's not a fuss, we are stating the facts. I have the whole Crysis series and play them regularly. Crysis 2 is a letdown so far. The new style of gameplay is not popular with PC gamers. I don't own a console and don't want a console experience on my PC.

The majority says the game sucks, there will always be a minority that will say otherwise.

Melee overpowered? Played black ops or any other call of duty game? MW2 tac knife + commando pro ftw... However I found it hard to decide whats max graphics lol, Hardcore, Advanced, Gamer? Which one is it? My mate said Gamer but I thought it would be Hardcore, didn't see low fps on any setting tho so couldn't figure

Edit: Found out of graphics :> And yeah I agree that in other games bullets are more balanced vs melee
