yea you are good, but id go with the P67A-UD4 or an asus board. BTW all teh boards OC the same.

Why the i7 and not the i5? They're practically identical, bar hyper-threadding, which is highly dependant on the software being used to be effective.

because those companies make better longer lasting products IMO. You know you should get a board that you like the looks of and features, they all OC the same, except MSi has trouble with RAM, or i personally have had terrible terrible luck with the MSi P67A-GD65 with RAM at 2133, with my UD7 there is 0 problems. UEFI is worthless imo too, but that is my preference.
