If you do not have Load Line Calibration on that board?, I guess your Voltage will fall down to the 1.25v range under load. That will probably be a little low for a Q6600 at 3.2GHz. So yeah, try to increase v-core... I'm guessing you will need in the 1.3v range at full load.

Run IBT and monitor your Load Voltage with CPUID Hardware Monitor or CPU-Z.
