how to turn hyperthreading off?

as i mainly just use my pc for gaming is it advised to turn it off or just leave it on? if not where about in the bios is it situated?

I'd leave it on, it doesn't really do any harm unless your CPU is overheating or you're trying to OC further.
In the BIOS it should be around "CPU Options" or "CPU Features" under M.I.T (something intelligent tweaker IIRC, u have a GB board AFAICS)

for your board this should be in the advanced cpu core features menu in your bios.
Disable CPU multi threading should do the trick

I think with a dual core you'd actually benefit from leaving it on.
