cant wait. this game is going to revolutionize mmos. Which direly needs done.

i have to laugh at the people calling this an asian made mmo.

Looks good, unfortunately MMOs put me to sleep now-a-days. :/

Wow.. Gameplay looks terrible.

I like how the caster can still be fighting while on the ground. But man...

So cartoonie, I guess that's one of the selling points. I wish there's a good mmo that would do swords and axes without orcs and elfs.

The fact that there's no dynamic movement, and everyone seem to be just one button pressing each 1 button moves is just...

It's definitely for the WoW crowd.

I agree it needs to be done but many devs and fans have said that about other MMO's and really (and unfortunately), World of Warcraft still dominates all else.

this is taking a new approach to everything we have seen in MMOs. Questing is entirely different, there is no kill 8 of these, collect 8 of those.

The combat is entirely different. There is no holy trinity of combat here, its not a tank/healer/dps set up. In fact the game does not even feature a healer, the mage can simply take a minor healing skill for the group. The combat is all about using the combined skills of the party to take down enemies. Its not about how many millions of hitpoints the monsters have, or how hard they hit, and can you outheal the massive damage they do. Everyones role in the party will change as the situations change. 1 moment the warrior is doing a tanking role, the next he is changing to aoe ranged dps to attack an incoming hoard of enemies. while a mage is throwing down a wall of fire so that not only do the enemies take fire damage as they run through, people firing projectiles through the fire will be turned into flaming projectiles dealing more damage. And that is just the tip of the iceberg.

Uhm, this video really doesn't do it justice, It's actually the oposite of what you saw.
First: the players didn't know that you can and should be moving while casting/attacking since you do extra damage from the side and back.

All characters have an energy bar like in crysis that you use for dodging by double tapping the directional keys.

The sound is really well done and they have voice acting for almost everything in the game.

And the gameplay fundamentals which I won't go into detail make it very different from ALL other MMOs.

Cartoonie , yeah it kinda looks like that in this trailer and most of em from the site cause of the low quality but some of the cam vid from Gametrailers really make it shine. Anyway it's supposed to be similar to oil painting and it achieves that , but you really can't see in this video.

If you don't believe me go to Gametrailers and look at the cam vids. and make sure you see the manifesto to learn about what they are trying to make , and also look for a video of the Shatterer which is the most bad ass raid boss I have ever seen and he isn't even part of high end content.
