Cheap ATX Mid Tower? Under $70? Fit these?

Hi,

I was at first thinking of getting either the Tempest Evo or Lian Ki/Lancool K62 but they seem to be a bit expensive... Does anyone know of a good case that would be good in cable management and airflow? Also, if its quiet? Because the Tempest Evo has 6 fans and I doubt it would be quiet at all...

My build (maybe, still work in progress but I haven't gotten anything yet.)

These are mostly parts I'm considering at the moment since I haven't got anything yet.
a. CPU: i5 -2500k OCed Perhaps to maybe 4.5ghz+?
b. Mobo: Some P67 Board (recommendations?)
c. GPU: Maybe Sapphire's 6950 2gb OC'ed to 6970? (but recommendations would help a lot) and perhaps crossfire in the future when prices go down. (maybe SLI depending on the GPU I plan on buying...)
d. Hard drive: 1tb of something... don't really need a SSD right now.
e. Ram: 6~8gb?
f. PSU: depending on my build,
g. Case: What's a cheap one? Under $70?Need one with good cable management and good air flow?
h: Optic (CD/DVD/Blu-ray): DVD/CD Combo
j. Cooling: Cooler Master 212+? (Would that be good for overclocking?) or should I go extreme with either noctua nh-d14 or noctua nh-c14? would it fit in a case that cheap?

Any recommendations would help greatly haha. This is my first computer I'm thinking of building and holding onto for a while since the one I'm using right now is around 10-11 years old. My current comp has a Pentium 4 single core running at 1.3ghz which is killing me. With integrated graphics...

I was looking at Antec Three Hundred Illusion Black Steel but I don't really know yet.

Thanks everyone!

NZXT Beta Evo is very close to the Tempest Evo inside and can be picked up from Amazon for $45 with free shipping. MUCH better cable management than any Antec 300 case. The CM HAF 912 would be another excellent option. $60 with free shipping from Newegg.

The Hyper 212+ is an excellent heatsink fan option, but I'm not sure if it will get you to 4.5GHz on that cpu. For the money it's the best you can get. To do better you would need to spend at least $30-$40 more to get any improvement in cooling over the 212+.

For a 1TB hard drive the Samsung F3 is the top choice. Next would be a Western Digital Black Edition. Forget the other brands or models in that size range.

Look at the Recommended PSU list for a 500 to 650watt PSU. Possibly larger depending on whether you decide to SLI or Crossfire a pair of cards.

WHOA.

Thanks a lot for the information. I guess I shouldn't crap out on cooling if I'm planning to do some overclocking. Thanks for all the suggestions!
