Set overclock on startup?

Hey guys, I have a HP dv2 laptop with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3410 that I've sucessfully overclocked from 450 core/500 vram to 708 core/602 vram using MSI Afterburner, and I have noticed a significant performance increase. In Halo 1 my average fps went from 68 to 94 with vsync off, an increase of 26 FPS, and it's game stable.

Now I'd like to have these clocks set on startup so I don't have to keep doing this, but I've tried MSI Afterburner, ATI tool, ATI tray tools, AMD Overdrive, and the like, but none of these allow me to set the clocks to my overclocked clocks on startup. In fact, MSI Afterburner is the only program I got to actually change the clocks, in the other programs after setting the clocks nothing would happen and they would stay at default. I've also looked into bios flashing, but I cannot save/modify my bios using any of the programs I've tried(for example, GPU-Z just gives me an error message when I try to save the bios). Anyone have any ideas?

Powerstrip isn't changing the clocks when I move the sliders and press apply, is there something I'm doing wrong?
