If you're having problems with fermi cards over a certain voltage look here

Hey guys, I figured I would pass on some info I discovered while on a mission to get the most out of my GTX 460.

I modded my bios to allow increased voltages, but going over 1.137 seemed to cause all kinds of problems, weird artifacting, screen flickering, no matter the core speed. I chalked it up to a bad oc'er and it being the cards fault. But I just wasnt satisfied with 860 core.

With some more experimenting I discovered it was a power problem! My heavily overclocked CPU was draining too much power from the PSU. I dropped some unneeded volts off my CPU vcore, vnb, and vtt. BAM 1.137, 910 core on my GTX 460.

So if you're experiencing the same Issue or similar, give it a try you might be surprised.

It's cool that you sorted it bud
But maybe you might want to get a better PSU sometime soon!

Fill in your system details here so we can see what you're running
