I was reading reviews on the case and it has been saying how its cramped and hard to fit GFX cards in... Will that ATI one you mentioned fit? And this computer will be used for gaming.

For gaming it's a fine build, you just want solid components and a good price, though I'd focus less attention on streamlining each part and most of your attention on what GPU you want to buy. That is, where is your cutoff for Price vs. Performance, because that will be your gaming bottleneck.

a gtx 460768mb will probably be the highest Performance/Price ratio, but might leave you feeling lacking in power, you can SLI and still get a great ratio but then you have to deal with the issues of dual GPUs.
You could go up to a 6870 and get a lower but still decent ratio but have more raw power.
You could even go with a 6950 2GB (and flash to a 6970) and have a good ratio (it's about $250 after rebate), but the prices escalate and the Perf/$ ratio drops each time, while the raw power goes up.

Well I want to go with a speedy HDD and be able to use the new 6.0GB/s technology so I think im going to stick with the one I currently have...

EDIT:
All right this is my final build no more changes I am buying! Thank you obsidian86 for the ATI card and ocpokey for some information on gaming builds!
