Partisioning 2 3TB? Dual Boot System

Hi, im going to get 2 3TB 6gbs hitachi deskstars and partision them for use as different hard drives on my next build. No they wont be raided. and on one of them i plan on installing windows XP to run the games that virtual XP and compatiblity mode in windows 7 wont run so it will be a dual boot system. I was going to partision as follows.

1.5 TB - Windoiws 7
1.5 TB - Programs

1.0 TB - Windows XP
2.0 TB - Storage

remember im using 2 3TB for HDD space, and i think i recall that XP only recognizes 500gb, so i think i might go with another HDD just for that.

How do you think this will work if i have Windows 7 ultimate and XP professional with all those partisions and space?

Ideas anyone?

Before anything - are you using a BIOS or a UEFI board?

If its a BIOS, it may not recognize the drives and it surely wont boot from them. (3TB drives at least.)

Addressing issue baked into the BIOS system.
It happen way back in the day around 2000~ ish -
First at 32GB, then 137GB, then it was raised to 2TB, were they thought it would never need to be raised again since 2TB was unfathomably large back in those days.
