Same here. You'd be surprised how much cheaper you can get stuff. The OCN marketplace is a great resource.

I got my order from Petra's Tech Shop today, and guess what. I only got one of the xspc RX240mm rads that I ordered. Everything else arrived fine and dandy (rx360, 1xrx240, mcp655 pump, 6 fittings, blue cold cathode kit, and a gel pad) but I'm missing a rad. Lame

I go to their website to call them and guess what? No phone number listed.
This makes me happy. I write an email:

"Hey guys.
I just got your package today but I am missing one of the Xspc RX240 radiators. I am a bit dissapointed as I was looking forward to getting started on this build. Please let me know asap what is happening concerning this situation. If you need, I can take pictures of the box that I received today as I don’t think it would even be physically possible to fit another RX240mm in with the other stuff (so you know I’m not trying to pull a fast one). The rx240mm rad box is 12.5” long and the shipping box is 24” x 8 3/8” x 6 3/6”. Everything else has arrived undamaged and as expected.

Please reply as soon as possible. If you don’t mind, you can call me at 206-XXX-XXXX and let me know what’s happening.
Sincerely,
bob808

Not only that, but I'm still waiting on my order from sidewinder. Not their fault, but it was supposed to be delivered last Friday. When I tracked the package, it said it was delayed due to incliment weather. Maybe tomorrow on that one.

Makes me wish that Newegg sold watercooling equipment.
Still happy with Aquatuning.us though. They are great.

I'll see what PTS has to say about the missing rad when/if they e-mail me back.

Edit: found a phone number for them but they are currently closed. I'll try them in the morning.

well, I emailed petras tech yesterday, and I called them this morning.
The phone rang forever, then someone finally picked up. I explained that I placed an order saturday before last and that I just got the box and was shorted a radiator. he asked what kind of rad and if I emailed them already. I said that I had emailed the previous evening. He said the guy that would be handeling it was unloading some boxes and woiuld get back to me but he didn't ask any personal/contact info. I asked if he could call me when he had a minute, and stated that my contact info was all in the email. He said I would be contacted.

Well no call during the rest of the day, and no email waiting for me when I got home. I guess I will email them again and try calling them again tomorrow. If I dont get this squared away soon I will have to contact paypal and see what, if anything, can be done.

On a brighter note, I recieved my package from sidewinder computers today containing my 5870 blocks and all my true-silver fittings. They were cool and sent me a nice bitspower t- shirt which is awsome

I also got my order last friday from Jab-tec and everything was good there too.

EDIT: I just sent another email-

(Hey guys.
I just got your package Monday, but I am missing one of the Xspc RX240 radiators. This is the second email from me. I also called this morning and after someone finally answered, I was told that I would be contacted. I haven’t received a call or email. I am disappointed that I was not contacted by phone or email, and that my order was not filled correctly in the first place. Please let me know as soon as possible as to what is happening concerning this situation.

Again my order number is order yhst-655562697XXXXX-XXXXX
I only received one xspc rx240.

Please reply as soon as possible. Call me at 206-XXX-XXXX and let me know.

Sincerely,
bob808 )

Edit: I recieved an email back-

"Dear Bob
Sorry for the late reply, I will confirm we failed to include this in your order, and email you shortly.

Best Regards

I got a call from Gary @Petra's/Sidewinder and he informed me that he packed the order and he missed the quanity for the rx240 rad. He's mailing it priority mail in hopes that it gets delivered by Friday or Saturday.

That's great to hear!! I'm currently waiting on an MCR320 radiator I got used on here for $23 Only thing is I'm not going to be able to put it in until summer when I get home and actually have the tools to install it and cut some holes in the side panel.

That's how much my RX360 cost , I got some goodies coming in a week or so
(i see you listed the rx360 in your recent posts about tracking your stuff )

I agree. I was expecting to pay $300-400 but it ended up being about 850. Right after I got my parts, my transmission on my car went out! Now I have to write a $1900 check. Not happy!
