Im gonna go with the Gigabyte, with everything ive heard about it, it looks very solid. Just have to wait for it now, ive changed the build up a bit, will be a bit more expensive, but well worth the cost.

And the Gigabyte boards don't have UEFI, just a heads up.

if you want the best get LGA 1366 and a 990x which is a 6 core CPU, and the 990x OCes just as good as Sb chips, at least mine does 5.2ghz on air.

That's a double troll, because of the price and also because there is no way a 990x is going to hit anywhere close to 5.2ghz on air.

Anyways this guy says he owns a company, you own a company 1k for a CPU isn't much.

Checked XS some of the 990X threads, the 990x are OCing like monsters just like SB.

i never said the budget was 1k, i just said this is currently 1k, or so, right now, im thinking of spending 1500 if i go 1155 route, i will be building 5 of what ever I decide to build...

Ill post my new thoughts on my build soon. I would love to go 1155 but im not sure how long i can afford to wait for the mobo's to come back out, i need to get these computers built asap. awesome thing is, i found a microcenter in Houston, didn't even know they existed till today, so ill be getting some items from them, and some from new egg. but ill be getting 5x of everything.

microcenter i the best, they even match newegg fgor me. They also have a policy for all microcenters when you build a system through them they match neweggon everything, even tho they are usually cheaper ont eh processors and SSDs.

If I were you and have a 1500 budget per computer without monitor and keyboard then you can go Sb per system with a lot of money to spare.

SSD : Vertex 2 OCZSSD2-2VTX80G 80GB SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Solid State Drive

Hard Drive : Barracuda 7200.9 500GB 7,200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive ST3500641AS-RK

Video Card: EVGA 01G-P3-1450-TR GeForce GTS 450 FPB (Free Performance Boost) 1024MB GDDR5 PCIe 2.0 x16 Video Card

Case : Antec Dark Fleet 30 ATX Mid Tower Case

PSU : Thermaltake TR2 RX 750W Modular Power Supply

Optical Dive : Samsung Super-WriteMaster Dual/Double Layer 22x DVD±RW Burner OEM
