scratch that thought you were replying to me but an ssd would make sense but its either size or speed when it comes to an ssd option lets wait for him to reply

Thanks for the replys guys, I was thinking of buying a SDD drive in the future thats why i went for a 2tb drive if that makes sence. Also is there much difference between the Asus P8P67 Pro and the Asus P8P67-M PRO? Obsidian86 your build looks similar to mine, I might just stick with my build and add the watercool. What advantages does your build have over mine?

his build breaks the single 2 tb drive into 2 1 tb drives raid 0, more speed! but ill let him elaborate more.

Yes but i was thinking of buying a sdd drive when i next upgrade, Would be quite a hassle to have 3 drives to keep switching or could you some how combine the 2 single 1tb drives? I wanted to ask do i need a watercooler cup, Are they for overclocking your cpu?
You have one slow 2tb drive which is mostly used as a storage drive which doesn't need to fast the 2 1tb drives i put in are some of the fastest drives you can find.2 of them together in raid0 will be almost as fast as a mid level ssd.the silverstone 850 power supply is a bit cheaper then the hx850 and its fully modular.the ram i got is a bit faster.and not overclocking a k series is sacrilege.and raid comes in many formats the one im talking bout allows 2 drives to handle a piece of data each drive doing half the work which in turn gives you more speed and space at the same time

the difference in the boards is the M version is an m-atx board, so its smaller and has less pci/pcie slots. i havnt looked at them but thats what the m usually means.

Hows this for £960?

Fractal case for quietness. 2xF4's in RAID 0 for HDD perfomance.
And GTX480 which is only £195 and you get more memory then GTX570.

Youb have £40 more so some minor changes can be made.
