Should I upgrade to a SRH840 from my PC350?

Thread Starter
Currently, I use my PC350 on my computer, mainly for gaming, movies and music. I also have an amp, the PA2V2. My sound card is the HT Omega Striker.

Futureshop is having a deal on Shure's SRH840, and I am wondering if it's worth the "upgrade" (if it even is an upgrade).

I also did the bass mod for the PC350.

Should I get the SRH840?

If you have money why not. If not, then no.
