Bubbles in res

Thread Starter
I've recently just installed the Xspc Rasa rx240 kit, and the bubbles aren't in my tubes, but there are loads in my res. I've left my loop just running for 24 hours now, and there is still a considerable amount of bubbles. How do i get rid of them?

Thanks

That's to be expected. Shake or tilt your case around, there might be some bubbles left inside the radiator.

i think he's talking about how there are bubbles in his res, according to title and first sentence but then he goes back and talks about getting rid of bubbles...

well if it's bubbles in res, give it couple of days eventually it'll go away.

if its in tubes, rock case back and forth, or squeeze tubes and eventually it'll work its way out

It's nothing to worry about.
Don't bother with the soap..
Mine took about a week for them to go away..

IMO, the reservoir looks a LOT better being lit up and with bubbles inside..

Once the bubbles go away, you can see right through the res window, right through the water, and right through the rear of the reservoir into the back of your case..

I miss my bubbles.. Once they were gone, I unplugged the res light because I didn't want to look in the little bay window and see everything that's behind the res..

The bubbles that stick to the walls in the res are harmless.. No reason to bother shaking / tilting / etc.. They go away on their own, though I kinda wish they'd come back. It's impossible now to tell whether the pump is pushing any water at all, also the res looks pretty bland without bubbles stuck to the sides of it.

do absolutly nothing, wait 2-3 more days and they go away on their own
