Help please!!!

i'm looking to raise my q9550 speed above 3.4Ghz, but the cpu is under the stock cooler, so what cooler should i get ( i need an air cooling fan not liquid cuz i'm not looking for more than 3.8Ghz Overclock ) my current temp under load just exced 75c (winter season)

I'm sporting the Hyper 212+ and can't say enough good things about it. computer idles just above room temp(22c idle temp). On the other end, I have NEVER seen a temp past 43c and that was with to much of poor quality TIM. Mind you im at stock speeds on my CPU(3.2 4 core) but I would OC in a heart beat on this little guy! After getting a second fan for push pull I think i spent just under $38 at the local micro center.
