Ah, sorry about that. Curing time = after this time, the TIM to settles in and provides maximum performance.

TIM stands for Thermal Interface Material.

It's the thermal paste that you added between the heatsink and the CPU. Did you just use the preapplied stuff that came on the stock heatsink?

whats on there is sufficient i think its some shin eitsu,but get some if you buy a cpu cooler

On the stock HSF wat? XD There's no Shin Etsu on any stock cooler. There is on the H50 but not on the stock Phenom II HSF. Personally I'd snag a Xigmatek Loki and add a second 92mm fan onto it.

yes seriously,shin eitsu makes more then one type of Tim, the one on the stock heatsinks are lower on the scale then whats on the h50 but its decent
