Can anyone confirm that I will be able to unlock the card below to a 6970 or have they revised this card?

From what I can tell, that is a non-ref card, and will most likely have a laser'd chip so you cannot unlock. May be incorrect.

I believe I read a review stating that the Twin Frozr II card does *NOT* unlock.

The Asus DC2 should be able to unlock since it is the 2GB version (The only one working to unlock) so i don't see why it shouldn't.

Not all non-ref cards are unable to unlock.
However, there is no proper list of what non-ref cards can or cannot unlock, so it's really just guessing at this point.

It's missing the bios switch. Check the pics in close up.

Those were pulled from Newegg btw, cuz they didn't unlock and Powercolor is clueless to why.

PC says they're handpicked, ie. binned but they don't unlock. Only plausible reason... FUSE CUT.
