@edit Should i test with orthos or prime95 overnight?

That depends on how much memory you have installed. Don't exceed the amount of ram currently available in the Burn Test program, though 10 passes on "Standard" are usually sufficient.
Great to hear Prime ran for 15mins! Maybe your mobo overvolts the PLL too much on AUTO setting and that was the problem?

It's safe to say, if IBT runs 10 passes with no errors you can:
-lower vcore one notch
-run IBT again
-if no errors, repeat process till you do get an error.
-when you get an error, increase vcore one notch to previous stable voltage

-after you've done the cpu, you can look at the memory, NB voltage, and the rest of your system if you fancy.

IBT Just passed 10 test with no errors with max temp of 76 degrees. I will try more clocking tomorrow when i get back home. Thanks for the help, so far it's looking stable at this settings i will lower the core and and dram voltages tomorrow and again test stability.

Cool dude, just be sure to finish off the cpu voltages before moving to the ram. One thing at a time..

I attached my spreadsheet with notes. Odd... I know I got it just over 4GHz but that's not in my notes. It was stable with IBT and prine95 but wasn't stable enough for 24/7 folding, so I'm somewhere in the upper 3.9s.

By the looks of your spreadsheet, you didn't go over 1.3v on the vcore. If you ever have another go at the 4GHz, give your processor more volts!

Ok, so far the voltage is set to 1.32v on the core. I've started Prime95 and after 7-8 tests one of the cores failed with error, immediately after that i ran IBT made a quick test on high level with 5 runs no error, then i ran again prime95 and so far it is stable for over 30 minutes, should i test more or test with 10 runs in IBT?

@edit. the 67 degree temperature is from the IBT test i forgot to reset it.
@edit2. One of the cores failed again with prime95, Hardware Failure.
@edit3. WITH IBT the system seems stable, with prime it experiences some errors...

Well the thing is ... what are you using the computer for? When I just did CAD with my E8500, I left it just over 4GHz. Once work kept me busy and I got that computer folding, I needed to drop the clock a little (or up the voltage as suggested above).

Prime and IBT are measurements to give you an idea of what your computer might do. If you can use firefox and openoffice without problems, then go for it.

You shouldn't waste time with P95 until you're 60 mins OCCT stable.

AFTER you're 60 mins OCCT stable, then see if you can pass 4-5 hours of prime blend. I don't personally bother with IBT.
