The system passed the OCCT 60 min test, but failed with Prime95 Blend test at 1:08 hours. Any suggestions?
@edit. Yesterday, Prime95 Small FFt's test ran for over 3 hours and no errors, maybe the ram fails with the Blend test? IBT High Stress test also passes 15 tests... i am confused....

If your system passes a 60min OCCT test, 15 passes of IBT and 3 hours of Prime95 small FFT's, why even touch the Prime95 Blend?

Yes, it sounds like your ram is the failing part of the blend test. Have you tried Memtest'ing the current timings? ..just to rule that out.

Can i test the Ram with software or i should manually set timing via BIOS and again blend test?

Manually set the fist 4 major timings in the bios, as I advised earlier. At ~900MHz speed, your ram should work great at 5-5-5-15, 2.2V leave the rest of the ram timings on AUTO for the time being.
The program to test your timings is called "Memtest". You'll have to burn it to a cd and boot your system with that cd. Let Memtest run all 9 tests 2x's and you can be sure that your timings are correct. Every time you change a mem-timing or voltage, run Memtest 2x's.

Once you are confident on your ram-timings, or have tweaked them down as far as they will go without reporting an error in Memtest, THEN you could try the Dram tester in Prime95 to test if your Dram/NB-volts are sufficient for the timings you set. After that, i'd try a Blend test.

Yea Prime blend fail after OCCT pass is usually memory problems. You have 1066 right?

1: Check VDIMM, set per factory
2: Manually set timings per factory
3: Set tRFC to 54-62

Memtest is a waste of time unless your RAM is defective. Run Prime Blend again, 4-5 hrs.

I've set the bus to 450, so that the memory can reach 901 mhz. Mem timings are 5-5-5-15-3-55 etc. Prime95 is now going for 15 mins no error, I'll be monitoring for 4-5 hours and I'll let you guys know the results. Thank you all, for the help, so far.
@edit. Prime95 failed again and again, at 30 mins and at 1-2 mins. Should i change the tRFC to 60 or to 65?

I get the idea you're changing more and more options every time you post... there's no point in trying 450fsb if 445 isn't stable yet. Also, no point in changing Vcore volts unless the system is stable already at your desired fsb, THEN you can start tweaking down.

One thing i'm curious to know, if you change your NB-strap in your bios, is there any strap that will set your mem-speed closer to the 1066MHz?

Huh? Memtest will show at least that his ram CAN run at the desired timings.. if they don't like 5-5-5-15@890MHz with his board, he needs to know that. No use in stressing the current ram settings when one at least doesn't know that much.
