Sparkle Calibre X560?

Other than the purple fans, it's quite impressive
Specs outperform all I've seen...

Question is: Anyone know when and where to find one?

Nope, I've been watching for it and there really hasn't been any sight or sound of it since it was announced Jan 26th. Only thing I have seen is this Tom's article that in it's conclusion says that Sparkle hopes to release it for $270 but as of 2/23 they couldn't find it any where either.

That is unfortunate.

Is there any news on it. That is, was it recalled or delayed for some reason?

I have been looking and haven't seen anything.

I called the company today and spoke with a sales rep and she said that with x580 being just released that she didn't see the x560 coming out within the month...
I don't understand how a high end 560 dollar card really affects sales of a $270 card...
BUT she said she put me on an email list to receive notification/news on the card so that's something. Not really helpful but it is something.

Sparkle has weird release dates considering these cards are reference with the Accelero's added (with custom VRM cooling). My Calibre's were not released until 6 months after the 480's came out. 480 owners had to wait until a month later to buy the 480 version of the AXP (exept Australia for some reason). Then the 580 Calibre was released when the 580's came out. So the 480 Calibre's were on sale at Newegg for approx. 6 weeks.

Haha, that makes sense. I can't even find the 480s anywhere.
