There should be a "reset cmos" jumper somewhere or even a "cmos reset" button.

I just did a really preliminary overclock, and am running occt to see how stable it is. Will report if anything does wrong.

Problem: Processes says that I'm using 100% of my CPU and everything is going very slowly.. is this because my voltage isn't high enough?

no that would be becuase something is using 100% cpu time something like maybe a stress test? look and see what is using the cpu time.
