S1283 DK push/pull FAN SPEED

Thread Starter
Ok I never really bothered about this till now. I have one dark knight fan pushing air from right to left of the cooler (vertical) connected to the CPU_FAN and I have another dark knight fan pulling from the back of the cooler from right to left connected to the SYS_FAN2 (since this is the only other 4 pin connecter, which is PWM if i'm not mistaken).

CPU_FAN runs depending on the temperature of the CPU or set manually. SYS_FAN2 I have no idea how to control it, tried easy tune6 and fan control no good. Now the questions is. How can I run them at same speed? Is it bad if they don't run in sync with eachother? mobo is p-45 UD3P

Is SYS_FAN2 running at full speed? You need a fan controller to adjust the speed. Yea its bad if they don't spin at the same speed since there will be resistance between the fins and could lower the lifespan on the slower fan.

PWM fan cable splitter. Find one. Get one. Control both fans from one header and win
