I have also updated my addon list with a new awesome addon called Vertical Toolbar Can be customized so only appears when mouse hits left side of screen. You can move some icons to it and keep the top uncluttered.
Is this a different firefox 4 than beta 12? The beta seems to have some kind of java error where the url bar doesn't function properly and so I can't use it.

Add on bar is a bit cluttered, but it works for me

Edit: Looks like the wifi is off because I use it as a network bridge, and if it's not being used as a bridge it does that and the battery meter is like that because my battery is toast, it gets 30 mins on a full charge

Can all in one sidebar be configured to appear only if mouse hits left side of screen? If so, that addon has won it for me and will replace vertical toolbar

Also, a new one I might recommend for you all:
Personal Menu 5.0.1 - With this I was able to finally put a "restart" option in the firefox menu and otherwise customize it to my own needs. Great addon.

Awesome, downloading now
Your stylish addons that add the button style and allow you to change the background colour (Aero glass Firefox seems interesting!) seem really good as well....
EDIT: Only way to have the actual sidebars (i.e. bookmarks, etc.) only show when you click them? And only have the left-most icons appear there on hover
