So much QQ about the numpad. If it my way then I would devoid the world of numpads, dedicated function keys, and dedicated arrow keys. Basically a HHKB or KBC Poker type keyboard.

Oh. Almost forgot and native colemak.

Aren't you glad I don't rule the world.

As much as I want to agree with that, there are too many applications out there that needs the f1-f12 keys, and numpad.

you dont lose them. you get them using the function key just like for laptops. ins, home, end, pg down, and pg up is saved to just on the second layer of keys.

Never said it was lost; You still need those keys I mentioned, even as extras for many different purposes. For example for SC2, f1 and on are important for control. There are also other hotkeys that's bound. I have to use my filco tenkeyless to play that game vs my HHKP. Other games like mmo's require even more keys. Hence macro keys in addition the the f1-12, numpad are useful and essential.

Gotta wait until it ships in volume to really tell. People were blasting the Razer Mechanical before it shipped but it wasn't THAT bad.
