I did test to see if I could unlock it 2 weeks ago but I wasn't successful. I was at stock but because I didn't know I hadn't disabled some bios settings like cool cpu and staff like that that could cause the problem. If I disable these(btw: which do I need to disable?) and try to unlock it at 3.7GHz that I am now? It will probably need Clear CMOS afterwards, won't it?
What's best for me is to find someone who has done the exact same thing on this cpu so that I won't spend hours & hours on top of it when the chances of success aren't that good...Edited by plutomaniac - 3/7/11 at 4:16am
