I'll give you the exact temps once I get home since I have them written down.

I find my memory temps using AIDA. It gives you the temps of 3 additional sensors which are Disp I/O, Mem, and Shaders. The same can also be done using Rivatuner but it requires some tweaking to make it work with 5000-series cards. AIDA Extreme should be fine.
