I bet the people who are complaining about the DRM more then likely are not going to and or nor know how to use pirated software on the DS anyways. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised most of them complaining weren't even go to buy a 3DS anyways.

I think Nintendo is going the right route. If they can pull it off, it will be some of the first few steps to making a large majority of gamers sensible again.
