Absolutely not. From the specs, it is a 600w PSU at very very best but I will be it is less than a 500w unit.

Stay away from RAIDMAX or any PSU that have a red switch in the back.

Don't cheap out on your PS imo...

I personally like Ultra, I've used a half dozen of them over time and not one has ever failed. Currently using the X4 600watt, completely modular...

The Ultra X4 line isn't that great and it's definitely overpriced, and the Ultra LSP line is downright crap. Please don't recommend those.

wow guys, thanks for your help!! I havent looked at those links yet, but I only have $80 to spend, and its only to power my system (overclocked) and another 5870 down the road. SO any recomendations in that price range?

i believe it was proven that its a mediocre 400 watt and is likely to go boom over 500 watts
