Help me choose my next upgrade for <$400

Thread Starter
My build is below, but I'm not sure what I want to upgrade next. I don't want to waste money, and mainly want to get the weakest parts in my system upgraded. My budget at the moment is $400
I use my PC mainly for gaming.
I'm thinking it might be a good idea to run SLI.
This RAM also sparked my interest, because I think my current ram is junk.

Another thing I was worrying about was the quality of my PSU, my friend gave it to me. Does anyone have any input or any idea of the quality of this PSU?
Thanks
My System

My take:
*128GB SSD - 200$
*a second 465 for SLI - below 200$

RAM speed makes hardly any difference in games, you'd be better spending the money for an SSD (to load faster) and a second gfx card (to have more FPS).

I might be biased but I wouldn't consider A-Data RAM junk. Usually pretty good stuff. The premier series doesn't have heatsinks, is probably 1333MHz. It wouldn't have been my pic but for gaming and not wanting to waste money I wouldn't replace it if you already have it.

I wouldn't trust that PSU. Pretty sure it would be the first thing I'd upgrade. SeaSonic X750-850, Corsair AX-750-850....something along those lines would be nice but something a little less pricey like a Antec TruePower New 650-750 would do.

If overclocking a new CPU cooler might do you well. Worked with a guy awhile back overclocking with that cooler and really I thought it would be in line with a H-50 but sadly it just wasn't getting the job done.

SLI GTX 465 -- Gaming wise this would make the most difference. Not sure I'd do it though. Sell the 465 and pick up a GTX 570. If you do go SLI I'd suggest you watch Newegg's open box selections. They had a open box Asus GTS 465 for $142 that took a suprising long time to sell. And that isn't the first time I've seen the 465's on there for less than $150.

Case Fans depending on how your fixed on them. Adding more and/or upgrading what you have if all you have are the stock case fans can make a nice upgrade that will benefit your whole system.
