thats what is killing me. i really dont wanna do it if i have to give the 570. even if he gives my $900 and i get to keep the gpu. itll only cost me around $400-500 for the MB/RAM/HD's/dvd. and that acually high. so if i can get $900 for it and keep the 570, i would be set. nice considering in 2 weeks its my 11 year aniversary with the wife and we are planning a weekend trip thats gonna cost about $800. if i sold. i could use the $400 and only take out $400 from my payday and not the whole $800.

If this is a craigs list kinda thing make sure its not a scam... paypal kinda stuff, anything not cash really, could end up with you at a loss.

If its legit, hell yeah! you're buying yourself an sli setup then basically! or pocketing the cash

EDIT: Went from a Phenom II 920 @ 3.8 to this SB, I didnt think the performance difference would be as huge as it was. Love AMD, have built with them for all previous builds but intel finally made a decently priceed unlocked chip, quite the performer...

If its just the main 8 parts, I would sell it.

If the person you're selling to doesn't know much about cases, buy a "gamer" case like the Antec Three Hundred or CM Storm Scout and transfer your components there. Profit and go SB!

This sums it up. If you don't actually know the person make sure they don't try to pull a fast one. Meet in a public place and cash is handed over before you hand over the goods. It sounds like they seen it though... maybe?

Overall though heck yeah sell it, you'll be able to get some fancy parts, or keep some money. Either way it is a "win" for you.

Put all the parts you want to sell together in a good but cheep case and set a price for it. Don't confuse yourself and them by saying it has this but keep that and swap that. Build the sale box and go. I would sell but then I love shopping
