3DMark 11 uses a weighted scoring system:

Entry: 0.7 Graphics, 0.2 Physics, 0.1 Combined
Performance: 0.75 Graphics, 0.15 Physics, 0.1 Combined
Extreme: 0.8 Graphics, 0.1 Physics, 0.1 Combined

No surprise CPU changed your score so little.

Remember there are different schools of thought here, I like spending time in front of the PC playing with overclocks & scores. I have more fun with that than gaming.

OP, for an almost pure gpu benchmark try heaven bench, cpu speed has even less affect on the scores than 3dmark, I generally do a couple points better at 4.4Ghz than 5.4Ghz.
